Finding the time!

If there’s one thing about this family history game it is the fact that it is so addictive…and time consuming! I have been so busy of late with the business that I have had to sideline things here for a while but have some spare time coming up in the next few weeks. Hopefully it will be back to business here!
Meanwhile it’s great to know that other’s are hard at it keeping the research going and Marty in Australia has been digging up lots of info on the Hennessy side recently. He has been emailing all his contacts like crazy and has kindly provided some new pics which I intend to upload here sometime later today, plus he has been out and about travelling to talk to people and get more info to share.

Nice to read about another Hennessy descendant. Thomas and Susannah were my great grandparents.Still trying to find more about Michael’s origins in Tullow. Been there and spoken to locals who say Hennessy is not a local name in Tullow, but they were “blowins”, that is not from there. Anyone ever found where they originated? Or the origin of the dark-skin which shows up from time to time. You say Andrew died when Michael was a small child…where has this come from? Would love to find any more on them after searching for many years.
