His mother was Millie or Matilda Rosealine Reid who married Ector Starling of Penrith. Her parents were both Reid although I only know the mother's side as follows: Susan Reid born 1879 in Penrith said to have married James Reid. She was said to be the daughter of George Reid & Charlotte Turner of Penrith and was born there. Siblings: Susan b1862 died 1867 Penrith Charlotte 1864-1867 Penrith George 1866 Penrith Michael 1860 Penrith Henry 1870 Patrick's Plains Henrietta 1875 " Alfred James 1879 Mudgee Louisa 1884 Patricks Plains H.
